Manual QA Tester

Job Description:

As a Manual QA Tester at Krystosoft, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate software functionality, conduct thorough testing, and identify issues before product release. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality software will be instrumental in maintaining our standards for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on software applications to identify issues, bugs, and defects.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project specifications and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Document and report bugs, errors, and irregularities encountered during testing.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues have been resolved.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Selenium, or similar.
• Knowledge of automated testing is a plus.
• Certification in software testing or related field is desirable.
